The painting is one of the 3 inspired by visiting Ronda in Spain 2008. The mountaintop city Ronda gave me a huge impression with its powerful setting dramatically above the deep gorge. The gorge El Tajo separates the old and the new town. Amazing and unforgettable views are offered from Puente Nuevo stone bridge spanning the gorge. Diptych, two canvases framed into one long high quality frame. The two canvases are divided with a aluminium strip which gives delicate shiny dividing accent in the middle of the composition. The frame is mat black on the sides and silver on the front.
